The 2022 Annual General Meeting will be a hybrid event, hosted in Calgary and online via Zoom.
The agenda topics for the AGM will include the President's report and financial report, as well as presenting the 2022 - 2024 Board members for acclamation.
The event also includes two special learning sessions that will immediately follow the AGM. Descriptions of the sessions are provided below in the Downloads section.

In-person: Fort Calgary, 750 - 9 Avenue S.E., Calgary
Virtual: Zoom (access link will be emailed to you on May 12)
Event schedule:
11:15 a.m. - Doors open
11:30 a.m. - Complimentary lunch provided for those attending in person
12 p.m. - AGM begins (Zoom participants will connect in a few minutes early)
12:30 - 2 p.m. - Learning Session: Failure and what it means to be on the edge of our practice, Hosted by Kim Hyshka, CP3
2 - 3 p.m. - Keynote Session: To 2022 and beyond - Understanding Community Engagement in the Context of Society, Hosted by Becky Hirst
3 - 4:30 p.m. - Social connections - an opportunity to connect and mingle with other in-person participants.

In-person attendees will receive a complimentary lunch. There will also be draws for Becky Hirst's book, For the Love of Community Engagement, for those who are attending in-person.
